In this role, you'll use tools like Microsoft Office Suite and specialized rigging software to manage schedules, coordinate with vendors, and maintain our equipment inventory. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations of the rigging department, including equipment setup, maintenance, and breakdown.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Manage and maintain our equipment inventory, including tracking usage, maintenance schedules, and ordering.
• Support project managers in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Participate in safety inspections and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help implement process enhancements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the rigging or operations industry.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with specialized rigging software and tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
