📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the debt collection process, ensuring timely and efficient recovery of outstanding amounts.
• Lead and manage treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, foreign exchange management, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management, using tools like SAP and Oracle.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve our financial performance and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and ensure financial sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
• Certifications in financial management, treasury operations, or debt collection are a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle for financial management and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
