📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage large-scale development projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the company's growth and expansion.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting using industry-standard tools such as MS Project and Primavera.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including environmental and safety protocols.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the development team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and share best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in leading large-scale development projects.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or a similar reputable certification.
• Strong understanding of environmental and social responsibility principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
