Rumah Sakit Citra Shop is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to improving patient care through continuous learning.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff members.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development in a healthcare or corporate setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
