📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store to enhance the shopping experience.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent stockouts or overstocking.,Train and develop store staff to improve their skills and knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
