📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Manage staff schedules and performance, ensuring high levels of customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor store finances and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the retail environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
