Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the Institute of Mental Health's mission and vision.,Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the mental health sector.,Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community partners, to foster partnerships and collaborations.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of programs and services to ensure they meet established goals and objectives.,Represent the Institute of Mental Health at conferences, workshops, and other professional events.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in the mental health field through continuous learning and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Business Administration, Public Health, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, or a related field in the mental health sector.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a complex and dynamic environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with the mental health landscape in Indonesia and Bali is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel regularly for work purposes.
