📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Lead and manage the finance team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and sustainability goals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.,Collaborate with the CEO and other senior executives to drive the company's financial strategy.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial advisors.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in financial software, including QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel.,Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact in Bali and beyond.🛠️ Keahlian
