📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the sales team.,Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring they are met or exceeded.,Conduct regular sales meetings and provide training and support to team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to drive business growth.,Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams.,Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
