In this role, you will be responsible for processing sales orders for chilled products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and manage sales orders for chilled products with accuracy and efficiency.,Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.,Maintain and update sales order records and databases.,Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to replenish stock.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies in order processing.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales order processing or related roles.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
