Warung Tono Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated and passionate Outlet Manager to join our team. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage your outlet from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with the team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the café is maintained to a high standard.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage customer relations and feedback to improve service quality.,Monitor sales performance and ensure that targets are met.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure consistent brand standards across all outlets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a café or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Experience with remote management and use of digital tools for communication and operations.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.,Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
