CV Bintang Harapan is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales growth in the Baturaja region. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our local market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential customers in the Baturaja region.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Drive sales growth by achieving monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
