📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails.,Schedule appointments and meetings.,Maintain accurate records of visitor information.,Handle and manage office supplies and equipment.,Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the office is clean and tidy at all times.,Provide excellent customer service and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with office management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and polite demeanor.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
