Altros Technology is seeking a talented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bali. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company has access to the right materials and services at the right time, while also optimizing costs and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

This is a full-time position located in Bali, Indonesia, with a competitive salary ranging from IDR 5,500,000 to IDR 7,500,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs and goals.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Monitor and control procurement spend, ensuring compliance with budget and cost-saving policies.
  • Manage the procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement continuous improvement measures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Provide procurement support to other departments as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and systems, such as SAP or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and customs in Bali is a plus.
