📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Work closely with partners to understand their business needs and challenges.,Provide technical guidance and support to help partners integrate Stripe's payment solutions into their products and services.,Collaborate with Stripe's product and engineering teams to ensure partners have access to the latest features and improvements.,Develop and deliver training and educational materials to help partners succeed with Stripe's solutions.,Monitor and analyze partner performance and provide insights to help them improve and grow.,Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure their long-term success with Stripe.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.,3+ years of experience in a technical or engineering role, with a focus on payment processing or a related field.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of payment processing systems and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners and stakeholders at all levels.,Proven ability to solve complex problems and provide technical guidance and support.,Experience with Stripe's payment solutions is a plus but not required.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer success.,Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
