📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee staff performance, conduct training sessions, and provide guidance and support.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to ensure optimal stock levels.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.,Experience with inventory management and supply chain processes.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
