📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards.
  • Leading and mentoring the QC team.
  • Conducting quality audits and inspections.
  • Developing and implementing quality improvement programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve product quality.
  • Providing training and support to the QC team.
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using quality control software and tools.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
