PRISM Abadi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Procurement Staff to join our team in Rembang, Jawa Tengah. As the Lead Procurement Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company's procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our strategic objectives. You will be responsible for managing the procurement team, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Manage and lead the procurement team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.,Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and objectives.,Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure quality and reliability.,Manage procurement budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in leading procurement teams.,Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools, such as SAP or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze procurement spend.,Strong knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
