As a Lead Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team, optimizing operations, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring high levels of efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of financial management and reporting.,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
