Hub Bit Pratama is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to help them improve and grow within the company.,Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.,Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances, in a fair and impartial manner.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia and ensure that the company is in compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
