📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the hotel and restaurant, including housekeeping, guest services, and maintenance.,Handle front desk duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.,Manage and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel and restaurant.,Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.,Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors.,Assist with event planning and execution, including setting up and tearing down event spaces.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and other relevant data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and orderliness.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office tools.,Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 20 kg.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
