As a Certified Flight Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all flight operations are conducted in accordance with international and national regulations, and that the highest standards of safety and efficiency are maintained.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and monitor flight plans, including route, altitude, speed, and fuel calculations, using flight planning software such as Jeppesen or SimBrief.
• Coordinate with pilots, air traffic control, and ground handlers to ensure the smooth and safe operation of all flights.
• Monitor weather conditions and provide updates to pilots and ground staff as needed.
• Manage all aspects of flight operations, including crew scheduling, aircraft maintenance, and cargo and passenger handling.
• Ensure compliance with all international and national aviation regulations, including those of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, cargo customers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and training sessions for pilots and ground staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all flight operations and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Flight Dispatcher or a related role in the aviation industry.
• Certified Flight Dispatcher (CFI) certification from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) or a similar organization.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with flight planning software such as Jeppesen or SimBrief is a plus.
