Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.,Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present comprehensive business proposals and reports to stakeholders.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
