📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those set by the OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and other relevant authorities.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage and analyze financial data using tools such as SAP, Oracle, and Excel.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting processes and systems.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and regulatory compliance in the banking sector.
• Proficiency in using SAP, Oracle, and Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
