Home Crystal Mandiri is looking for an Assistant IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in the training and support of new employees in the use of IT systems and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Good understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
