📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the inventory accounting records, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for inventory and operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that all financial transactions related to inventory and operations are recorded accurately.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the inventory and operations department.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of inventory accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings related to inventory and operations.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory and operations accounting.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
