📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the acquisition of new sites for digital projects.,Develop and implement site acquisition strategies to meet company goals.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth site acquisition processes.,Monitor and report on site acquisition metrics and KPIs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with site owners and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Identify and mitigate risks associated with site acquisitions.,Provide guidance and support to the site acquisition team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition or related roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian real estate market and regulations.,Proven track record of successful site acquisitions.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with digital project requirements and site suitability criteria.
