📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide one-on-one counseling to students and parents to address academic, personal, and social issues.,Develop and implement counseling programs and initiatives to support the overall well-being of students.,Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.,Conduct group counseling sessions and workshops to address specific concerns or topics.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of student and parent interactions.,Stay up-to-date with best practices in school counseling and attend relevant training and professional development opportunities.,Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure they are informed and involved in their child's educational journey.,Promote a positive school culture and foster a sense of community among students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in school counseling or a related field.,Valid counseling license or certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and language is a plus.,Proficiency in English is required.,Familiarity with educational assessment tools and techniques.
