📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.,Continuously seek out opportunities to improve operations and implement best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and processes.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
