📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of store operators to achieve sales targets.,Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Coordinate with the management team to implement new store policies and procedures.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports.,Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.,Train new employees and conduct performance evaluations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Operator or similar role.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
