Puskesmas Jaya Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and on-site at our restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train the staff to maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and manage inventory to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.,Participate in inventory management and ensure that all products are properly stocked and rotated.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are properly stored and handled to maintain quality and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the foodservice industry.,Proven experience in managing a team and ensuring high standards of customer service.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the foodservice industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Ability to work both in the office and on-site at the restaurant.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
